How does weekly ordering work?

Each Saturday we publish a new chef-crafted menu. Browse by location, customize your meals, and check out by Friday 5:00 PM. Your order is then prepared fresh and delivered the following Monday or Tuesday.

When is the order deadline?

Orders close every Friday at 5:00 PM Eastern. Orders placed after the deadline will roll into the next available week.

When and how is my food delivered?

Delivery happens the Monday or Tuesday after the deadline, within 30 miles of Middletown, DE. You'll receive a confirmation email with your delivery details after checkout.

Are my meals fresh or frozen?

Always fresh. We deliver the meals to each location in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at refrigerated temperatures through transit. Once you receive your meals, you should place them in the fridge ASAP. Once in the fridge, your meals will stay fresh for at least 7 days. Our meals are intended to be enjoyed fresh for optimal quality, we do not recommend freezing them.

How do I reheat my meals?

Meals arrive chilled and ready to reheat. For best results, microwave covered for 2–3 minutes, or warm in the oven at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until heated through.

Subscriptions are coming soon — for now, place a fresh order each week. Sign in to your account for one-tap reordering of your favorites.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can edit or cancel your order any time before Friday 5:00 PM. After the deadline the kitchen has already started prep, so changes can no longer be made.
