Refund & Return Policy

Because we prepare meals fresh on a weekly schedule, our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations

You may cancel or modify any order for a full refund up until Friday 5:00 PM ET. After that, prep has begun and the order is non-refundable.

Issues with your meal

If something is wrong with your delivery, email orders@namastecafe.club within 24 hours of receipt and we'll make it right with a refund or credit.
